Delete Account

Closing your DressU account removes its sign-in bindings and prevents access to that account. Account closure does not erase all stored game data, progress, avatars, outfits, images, or virtual items.

To close your account, enter your numeric account ID and the account closure password you previously set in the game. Do not enter your Google, Apple, or other sign-in password. If you have not set a closure password, set it in the game first; guest accounts must bind a sign-in method first.

Review the warning, tick the acknowledgement, and confirm on the next screen. Only an explicit success response confirms account closure. If the result cannot be confirmed, check in the game or contact [email protected] before trying again. Never email your password.
